Hi, I’m Nia, a proud Black woman and the creative force behind Brighteyed for Treasures, LLC. I’ve always had a DIY spirit, whether it’s braiding my own hair or tackling home improvement projects. My journey into candle making began when I realized how much I was spending on hand-poured candles each year—it was staggering! That’s when I decided to make my own eco-friendly candles.

I started with a simple candle-making kit and poured my first batch. What began as a personal project quickly turned into something more when I shared my handmade candles with family, friends, and coworkers. I asked for their feedback through a QR code survey to help me perfect my craft. After months of testing wicks, waxes, and jars, I created the perfect blend of long-lasting, natural fragrance candles.

Today, I’m thrilled to bring my artisan candles to a wider audience. Every candle I make is crafted with care, using high-quality ingredients like soy wax and natural essential oils. My goal is to provide beautifully scented luxury candles that fill your home with warmth, comfort, and a sense of relaxation.
