Orders will ship out in 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Please be diligent with tracking your order in the summer. Try to bring candles in as soon as possible.
Orders Not Received
If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items.
